Join Metroparks Toledo for #5poets5parks in celebration of National Poetry Month on Friday, April 3, 2026 at Glass City Metropark. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Skate beneath sparkling lights and festive décor while holiday music sets the mood. Enjoy extended hours -- open daily 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. -- for an unforgettable winter outing. All sessions are at least 2 hours with a 30-minute ice resurfacing break in-between (10am-12pm | 12:30pm-2:30pm | 3pm-5pm | 5:30pm-7:30pm | 8pm-10pm). Admission is $10 + $2 for skate rentals.
The Metroparks Board of Park Commissioners will hold its regular monthly meeting at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 17, at the Glass City Enrichment Center. During the meeting, Molly Luetke and Lera Doneghy will be sworn in to new terms on board.
